Welcome to The Collective Identity Mentoring, where our mission is fueled by a dedicated and diverse Board of Directors committed to transforming the lives of Black girls, young women, and gender-expansive youth. United by a common purpose, our board emerged in 2020 amid a global pandemic with an unwavering dedication: to instigate positive change in our community and uplift the lives of Black women.

Our Board of Directors is a powerhouse of passion and expertise, representing a spectrum of backgrounds and experiences. Through collaboration and shared commitment, we harness the collective strength of our diversity to drive impactful initiatives that address the unique needs of our community.

Founded with a clear vision, our board's mission is to propel The Collective Identity Mentoring into a national organization. We strive to create a ripple effect of positive transformation, ensuring that our programs and support reach Black girls, young women, and gender-expansive youth on a broader scale.
